Terms of Service

Monitoraa monitors web pages you choose and notifies you when changes are detected. These Terms apply to all visitors and account holders.

If you use Monitoraa on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” will also refer to that organization.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact us as soon as possible.

You agree to use Monitoraa responsibly. Do not:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes.
• Monitor pages in ways that clearly violate third-party terms of use, robots.txt rules, or reasonable rate limits.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, probe or scan infrastructure, or disrupt other customers.
• Misrepresent your identity or resell or sublicense the service without our permission.

We may apply reasonable rate limits or throttling to protect the stability and security of the service for all users.

Excessive load, abusive automation, or patterns that risk service reliability may be paused or may require an upgraded plan.

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown in the product and may change over time.

Taxes may apply based on your location. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period. Unless we are legally required to do so, downgrades or cancellations do not guarantee refunds.

Monitoraa is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or specific detection results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or delayed change detections, third-party outages, or issues outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using Monitoraa or delete your account at any time, subject to any applicable subscription term.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or to address security or legal risks.

Monitoraa is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Monitoraa in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For privacy and data protection, EU/EEA rules including the GDPR apply.
